Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp from Tarun Travels. Please check the details thoroughly and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, cash, and other modes as communicated during booking.
For customized or long-duration packages, advance payment may be required.
In case of failure to pay within the specified time, Tarun Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund, subject to deduction of processing or cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of service time will not be eligible for any refund.
In the case of advance booking, cancellation charges may vary depending on vehicle type and duration.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

In rare situations where Tarun Travels needs to cancel a confirmed booking due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, strikes, emergencies, etc.), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Service Usage Guidelines

Customers are expected to arrive at the pickup point on time.
Delays caused by the customer may be charged additionally or result in shortened service time.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
The customer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
Tarun Travels reserves the right to terminate service if passenger behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

7. Vehicle and Driver Policy

Vehicles are subject to availability.
All our drivers are licensed, trained, and vetted for safety and professionalism.
Tarun Travels is not responsible for delays due to traffic, breakdowns, or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative or reschedule.
Vehicle images shown on the website are indicative and may differ slightly in appearance or configuration.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Tarun Travels is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during travel.
We shall not be held liable for any injury, delay, or loss arising from natural calamities, accidents, or third-party actions.
